Specially selected cheeses from around the region includes Yorkshire Blue  the Yorkshire equivalent to Stilton but much creamier , made at Thirsk by Shepherds Purse, Ribblesdale Goats Cheese, Cotherstone, Admiral Collingwood washed in Newcastle Brown Ale !, Blacksticks Blue, Katys White Lavendar ,Cuddys Cave to name but a few!  

Deli
Pates, Olives, Sun blush Tomatoes, home made coleslaw, Peppadews   Bread- speciality bread delivered daily Sun dried tomato and parmesan, White Farmhouse, Farmhouse Granary, Cheese and Onion Loaf, Multigrain  and mixed grain and sunflower.   Preserves- from award winning Bracken Hill preserves based at Elvington on York a huge range and I can't decide on a favourite they are all delicious!!
